At AfricaWorks, our mission to unlock Africa’s business potential continues to take shape through bold expansion, meaningful partnerships, and industry recognition. The first half of this year has been filled with exciting milestones, and we’re proud to share a few highlights that are shaping the future of work across the continent.

Halfway Through 2025: A Powerful Start To The Year

📍 Expanding Our Footprint

We kicked off the year by launching AfricaWorks Lusaka, marking our first location in Zambia. This milestone reflects our continued growth in Southern Africa and our belief in Lusaka’s vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Soon after, we unveiled Agora Village a unique coworking concept designed around creativity, collaboration, and community. Located in the heart of the city, it’s more than a workspace, it’s an experience.

🤝 Forging Powerful Partnerships

In 2025, we’ve deepened our impact through key partnerships that connect our members to global platforms:

• Our collaboration with Microsoft for Startups has brought together founders, investors, and innovators across Africa.

• Through LetsWork, AfricaWorks members now have access to over 700+ coworking spaces in 100+ cities, giving them the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.

• And through our partnership with Cape Tourism, we’re promoting Cape Town as a destination where business meets lifestyle.
